We are dedicated to providing a well rounded one stop program that connects the Veterans we serve AND THEIR FAMILIES to all the necessary programs and opportunities to break the cycles of homelessness and defeat.
We have the opportunity through a unique collaboration of agencies and staff to address many concerns of our Veterans and a broad referral base to see that no one falls through the cracks.
Our Supportive Services will provide returning Veterans with information and support to make their transition home much smoother. For Veterans in other phases, we will continue to be a bridge for any necessary resource to improve their quality of life!
When we are able to identify funding and space and provide the housing program, we are confident that our Veteran residents will have the best possible care. Care that they could not receive anywhere else because of the uniqueness of their needs. We’d be happy to share more about our cutting edge programs with you.
